Then I played around with my taskbar settings.and I could make it go away when I clicked on "Show Desktop" When I re-enabled "Show open Windows" it re-appeared.

When I googled it.it seemed to be an open app on Mac.but nothing for PC. Closed it and the cluster resembling bad pixels showed up again. I could actually put my mouse cursor over it and an arrow to expand would show.dragged it to the upper left and it expanded to what looked like a DOS box. Installed the latest update to Dragon Center yesterday.AND in the upper left hand corner of my QHD monitor.I noticed what looked like a cluster of bad pixels. I kept staring at my monitor this morning. So.morale of the story.if you think you are having problem like this with your 's not the monitor, nor the video card or 's Voice Control module of Dragon center. The cluster on my desktop went away for good. So at that point, since I don't use voice control.I went to C:\Program Files (X86)\MSI\One Dragon Center\Voice Control and uninstalled just the one module. Once I disabled it.what appeared to be bad pixels on my monitor disappeared. When I opened up Task manager.there it was.so I looked under Administrative Tools-Services and there it was. Did a bit of troubleshooting and noticed that when I upgraded my Dragon Center.an app called "Voice Control" was installed and enabled.
